Delete Your Account
This page explains how to delete your Foosball Live account (the mobile app published by Foosball.live, com.raleighfoosball.app) and the data associated with it.
How to request deletion
- Email raleighfoosball@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account".
- Send the email from the address you used to sign up (or your Google account email if you used Google Sign-In), and include your in-app display name.
- We'll confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days. You'll get a confirmation email when it's done.
Sending from your account's email address is how we verify the request is really yours. If you no longer have access to that address, mention it in your email and we'll verify another way.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your email address and display name
- Your profile photo
- Your device push notification tokens
What is retained
Match results and tournament records are part of the shared historical record for every player who competed. When your account is deleted, these records are anonymized — your name is removed and results are no longer connected to you — but the anonymized match data itself is kept so other players' standings and stats remain accurate.
We may also retain limited information where required by law.
